Dear Fellow Izean,
It is hard to believe that IZEA will celebrate our five year
anniversary in a few months. Since 2006 we have pioneered
the social media sponsorship space. From SocialSpark to
WeReward our platforms have connected publishers and brands
over 2 million times. We are proud to help brands engage
publishers in a safe, ethical and measurable way.
The space we operate in has grown tremendously over the
years. What once was considered renegade is now becoming
mainstream. From sponsored posts to tweets, major brands are
recognizing the power of social media and the impact of each
piece of content that is shared through the social stream.
I am pleased to announce that our stock is now publicly
trading under the symbol IZEA.
We have spent the last five years building our technologies
and our network of publishers. We are now ready to
aggressively expand operations to take advantage of the
growing market for our services. We will be investing
heavily in sales and marketing to match more brands and
publishers on a greater scale.
